Papacho's - Santiago de Surco

I was thrilled to try this restaurant because I was in La Mar and Tanta, and of course I expected a lot of Gaston Acurio. The concept seems to be a Peruvian takeover of American basic essence like TGI Friday. The food is pretty good. I can't deny the burger I had, the mirafloresa, was tasty. However, the service left much to wish. For all, children Nuggets and Pommes came out without ketchup or sauce. Tiny water bottles, like water is gold. Not worth the inflatable price.

We decided to celebrate July 4th by having hamburgers at Papacho's. The trio of small burgers were the best, although the 7-8 stylized and huge burgers are also quite good. The Gaucho is my favourite and includes cheese, karamalized onions, tomatoes and avocado. Many other dishes on the menu including Mac and cheese, Papa Brad, antivuchos but it is the different types of burgers that are the stars.

The Hamburger trio as an appetizer was incredible. The Fajitas were also very good. Very recommended

A friend of mine invited me to this place I've never been, and I was so happy to try new meals. They have a good list of new tastes of Peruvian drinks and juices, and I was amazed with the Hierba Luisa Lemonade. And we had a chicken wing plate to share with all these beautiful sauces. The place is quite small and there was a huge queue on a Thursday night, and we had to wait for 20-30 minutes. The place is popular for young people and menu with burgers, chicken wings and cocktails. The staff did not stop and were helpful, our meal was served quickly. I love this Hierba Louisa Lemonade!.

Quirky, interesting, juicy, and full of flavor Papacho's hamburgers are delicious! We are looking forward to our next meal there.
