Toks Restaurante

We visit this place back in May 2019. we were in Mexico for a month. We enjoyed the service and the proposal our waiter proposed. we were very satisfied and came back a few times. I recommend it. It is located in the shopping center.

I came to this place twice and both times the service was very bad. Lourdes the waitress was not friendly at all, all menu cards were on the table, even if we had already ordered. It took a very long time to get drinks and breakfast....Service was not attentive at all, we always had to ask them to get things right (e.g. with bread and mermalade, but no butter, pancakes without honey etc.) la Rosca de Reyes was old and dry.

Toks is one of my most popular restaurants in Mexico. Food is always good and you will find a wide selection of dishes. The surroundings of the restaurant are very pleasant and service is excellent.

It is not a highly recommended place, food is expensive and the taste leaves something to be desired, they do not have sufficient promotions and service is not very friendly, at my last visit to my beef court had a hair and only the...same dish without hair, not offered an apology or a discount for the incident, the truth that I return twice to this restaurant.

This has been the best service ! As soon as you walk in you a welcomed in and sat down. The waitress we got was a lovely lady which we tipped generously after. The food was delicious and the beverages even more so. I would...come back to a toks restaurant 100% knowing that I will be happy with the service. Thanks for making our morning so great !!
