A group of us celebrated a birthday at El Quillo Tavern in Queretaro, México. Chef/co-owner Eduardo Galdeano has given a new twist to classic Spanish tapas and dishes. Calamari, fish, croquettes, Spanish sausage, saffron, and all kinds of spices provided a magnificent feast of unique...flavors and ingredients. Excellent service and good food, we ordered the beef with goat cheese infusion and it was an excellent option to keep some rooms for desert

A vast menu and excellent wine selection. Attended with a business colleague ordered way too much, then ate it all because it was fabulous. Will to go back a few more times to try more of the menu, looking forward to it.
