Restaurante donde comer es un placer absoluto. La materia prima es de primera calidad, la combinación de sabores y texturas es exquisita, y el trato del equipo es inmejorable... ¡un must en Santiago!

The service is excellent not hanging over you throw away any last crumbs but patients, attentive, chatty if you want, familiar, perfect. We spent three hours dined and never waited for anything. The cook is an artist, loves food and enjoys clearly what he cooks. The food is modern, creative, playful and beautiful. The menu constantly changes depending on the season, fishing and what it feels like cooking and the standard of its cuisine is there with the best of them. The octopus with olive oil, paprika, cut potatoes, intense aloli and only a hint of orange was devine. The house made foie-gras pate with pear honey and vanilla was presented as beautiful as it tasted. The fish was perfectly cooked and seasoned and the puddings!

Although I live in Santiago, I didn't know this is such a wonderful restaurant. We enjoyed local seafood like fried scallop and grilled fish. You also have a menu to go for lunch, so I want to enjoy it next time at home.
