My new benchmark for grand mariner crepes! If you can make it there do not walk past. Cannot comment on any of the savoury ones as I only had the icecream and grand marnier! Will dream of them forever.
We stopped in after seeing the high rating, and can't figure out why it is so highly rated. We ordered 2 crepes and were not really impressed by either. The actual batter tasted different than other crepes we have had, and not necessarily in a good way. As for the prices, at 7 euros a piece, the price is right for Paris or another big city, but the neighboring restaurants all had meals for 4-5 euros each. I will say he service was friendly and attentive, but really don't understand the rating?
We were excited about eating crepes after reading good reviews online. However, the food was very disappointing. We are generally not picky, but we didn 't even finish the two we ordered. The waitress explained they use a local flour, which maybe explains the distinct taste? I 'd recommend enjoying the delicious local Spanish food while in Spain, not at a 'French ' restaurant in Spain.
Great crepes, probably the best we had in a long time! It was nice surprise to find in that street a brand new, well decorated creperie. Nice atmosphere and warm welcome from the boss himself. If only for the excellent cidre it is definitely worth a visit.
