Kant - Santiago

This coffee is very close to my stick and I never talk to it. It remains in the TransOceanica building that is an architectural gem in the Santa Maria de Manquehue. The bakery is tremendous. We tried a brownie that was afraid and a very rich cake of millet leaves with delicacy. To drink an American and a mactiate. The menu also had salad and sandwiches. If he's around, he'll be there.

I have mixed feelings about Café Kant. The service and food are both very good (if also a bit pricy) but the biggest disappointment is that the restaurant is super cold in the winter. <br/ <br/ The ensalada de quinoa con salmón (quinoa salad with salmon) was a good size, looked beautiful and made you feel like maybe you were being healthy for once. Unfortunately, I could not wait to eat long enough to snap a photo. What really blew me away though was the cheesecake. I am usually not a big fan of cheesecake so I don't know what possessed me to try it, but it was SO GOOD... I don't think I've ever tried better cheesecake in my life. <br/ <br/ Overall, Café Kant is a nice place to go but would be much nicer in the summertime. In addition it isn't very close to anything, so just be aware.
