Cuerovaca - Santiago

Excellent place to eat premium meats. Optimal quality well prepared cooking at its point visbr/ Well served extended and can be conversed, this time it was a large group for work and we occupied the covered terrace very pleasant .br/ The soberbio Wayu quadrile.

My gastronomic partner is very carnivorous and I'm not so much, so finding places that leave us happy to both is a challenge. I chose the Cuerovaca and the two of us were surprised, an impeccable attention, a squirrel that fell in love with me, a list of tempting garnishes. I chose the inlet as a background, accompanied by roasted vegetables, being a great choice. Finally we shared a dessert three milks, which, being critical, had a lot of merengue and little three milks, but did not have the final experience. Super recommended the Cuerovaca!

Well expensive, but exquisite. Meat cuts are spectacular. Best in meats in Santiago. I've been a couple of times and I haven't been disappointed.

Excellent meat restaurant, the best I know in Santiago. It is expensive, but they have a tremendous variety of cuts and types of meat (up to Kobe there), good attention and environment

The meat is very rich, and the nice place, however I think it is absolutely overrated. Prices are quite high and the experience is not related to them. It's a good meat restaurant (and generally not cheap), but there's better in price-quality than I think
