Johnny Beans Coffee Jaffles - Santiago

This restaurant is owned by a dentist who seems to have little understanding of running a business and is just looking to make some extra cash. Here’s a quick rundown of our experience: - We arrived at 2:30 PM, and it was incredibly hot inside. We asked about air conditioning, and the waiter claimed he had just turned it back on, so we should take a seat. We were the only two customers there. - It took us about 15 minutes to place our order because almost everything was out of stock. We finally decided on one order of fries, two desserts, and two drinks. - The drinks took about 10 minutes to prepare, and we ended up waiting 35 minutes for the food. - Despite the long wait, the temperature in the room remained uncomfortable. I suspect the waiter only said the air conditioning was on to keep us seated. Either their Samsung air conditioning unit is non-functional, or they simply don’t use it. They even brought in an electric fan! - When our food finally arrived, everything came at once, causing our desserts to melt. We had no option but to eat our fries before we could enjoy our desserts. - The waiter was pleasant, but the owner really needs to take charge! If you’re looking for a good coffee, I highly recommend Coffee Warehouse instead. As someone from Europe, I can confidently say that it’s the best coffee place in Santiago Isabela. I would not recommend Johnny Bean Cafe. The picture I took was just 9 seconds after our dessert was served!

I absolutely loved the food! It was delicious. The atmosphere is great, too.

The ambiance is delightful, and the food is outstanding, especially the mushroom tempura. The staff is very friendly as well. You really have to experience it for yourself!
