Jicote Cafe - Santiago

Excellent service and eating is delicious. they have a farm where they can go a watch, huh, pee, etc. they have access to the lagoon of cachi.

A beautiful small restaurant with magnificent view of the charrarra lake

A group of friends and I were hungry while driving on a highway near Ujarass, Costa Rica. A young man on the side of the road directed us to a gravel path and pointed to a small sign advertising Jicote. Since we were in Costa Rica, we decided to give it a try. We ended up at a wonderful outdoor restaurant with a raised patio overlooking a nearby pharmacy, surrounded by orange trees, native bushes, flowers, and various farm and wild animals such as chickens, peacocks, and stingless bees. The food was delicious, the beer and tamarind tea were cold, and the outdoor atmosphere was relaxing, comfortable, and welcoming. We can't wait to go back!
