Mcdonald's - Santee

Mass confusion, customers standing around waiting to get their orders and people trying to place theirs. Maybe they should go full drive up and forget the dine in..

As long as you've got 40 minutes to wait for incorrect food it's great.Don't think I've ever had a good experience here.

This McDonald’s ripped me off I went to curbside and ordered a sundae. It took so long for them to bring it out I left due to an emergency but I was still charged for it. I've tried getting a refund from the app but I'm getting the run around. I have Decided I'm not going to ever eat at McDonald’s again. They are slow and incompetent of doing their job correctly.

This service. Here is awful. It is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

This Santee, SC McDonalds has issues obviously. Twice we’ve gone through the drive thru and a person said go ahead to order We ordered but then no person responded! Then a woman came on and said just a moment we sat and sat no response so we left and went to Wendy’s. Great service there!
