Little Caesars Pizza - Santee

The sign on the door and their website that says they are open till 10pm. But they stop taking orders online before 9:30pm, won't answer their phone and when you try to walk in to order your very rudely told they are closed.When we are able to get pizza from this location the quality is hit and miss. Last time the pizza was actually undercooked. The dough was. Not cooked completely.

That's cool.. it's not busy.. ordered through the app and it was given to a random person... So they're remaking it now... Just waiting...

The worst service at this location. They can never get the order right. Hell, they even give your order away to other people and don't think it deserves acknowledgment or even being rectified. My time is valuable and when I place an order for pickup and I arrive at the time I their app said it would be ready only to find out they now have to make it again (waiting another 20-30 minutes) is completely ridiculous. They need a change in management (because there clearly isn't any here) and employees. I wouldn't be even come here if my son didn't like the pizza. I personally don't like a plate of grease but I'm also not a teenager.

Some BS. While I'm waiting 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to be done in 7-10 when I ordered, so I was told, THREE customers had to return their pizza before even leaving the building because all the orders were wrong and one looked like it was 3 days old serving the purpose of a display. What the heck, y'all..? You have one job, fill an order on a receipt. I get that it's fast paced. But WTF? Theeennnn, I had to ask what the status of my order was because two patrons left that came in AFTER me. Apparently my order was just sitting on the counter waiting for me to ask for it. I've been coming here since I was a kid and now I was giving it the benefit of the doubt, being this isn't the first s show. This is from a series of charades. My family agrees, DOMINOES is worth the extra couple bucks to avoid the irritation. Oh, and in case you're waiting inside, fret not.. THERES ONE CHAIR for everyone to share
