El Rancho - Santee

The food was the best I've had in CA. The chimichaga was huge.

After a long week of helping seniors with their Medicare, we felt like someplace new. El Rancho is a place we will visit again—good food, good service, reasonably priced.

We only recently started eating at El Rancho and we are sorry we didn’t do it sooner. Their chile rellano is the best I’ve ever had. They have great indoor and outdoor seating, a bar, decent beers, and great service.

Pleasant very friendly family run northern style restaurant with an excellent bar.

The prices were a little higher than I expected, but we really enjoyed the food, the service was great, and I love the bright colors. The only thing I would complain about is that they wouldn't tell us what time happy hour is. They said that they're not promoting it because they are working out the details. We can't wait for them to work out the details!
