Bojangles - Santee

First time eating at a Bojangles.Cashier was rude. Food took quite a bit of time to receive. And it was, eh, but edible. The soda machine was broken.

Literally went there 8:50 and they was closed with all of them standing at the front

I judge Bojangles off of how fluffy their biscuits are. Some places do a great job others do not

We stopped on our travel north on I-95 and were happy to see Bojangles near the exit. I stood in line while my S/O was using the restroom. There were no overhead menus so that anyone could decide ahead of time what they wanted prior to getting to the counter. That caused a longer delay. I ordered and paid, yet the cashier and another staff completely ignored me and spoke only to my S/O. I got a side dish of rudeness for no reason. I tolerated their nonsense and was thrilled to finally get our food. The fries were saturated with extra seasoning and the chicken was lukewarm and flavorless. The iced tea was very good at least.

Everything was great. Thank you for the food to be Iwill stop by again soon.. That is unusual. Keep up with the good work you do.
