We drove thru town to the port/river, saw their sign and drove down the dirt car park. Thought it was closed at first and went in to check very happy I did. We were the only guest to start with and a few Italians came later. No one speaks English but we love the more “local” approach. Food was lovely we shared: octopus, pasta, fish and desert. Plus had a beer, wine, water and our bill came to about 60 euros. It looks like a little old house from the front but you sit outside in the back next to the river under the trees.
A small restaurant in a small village, south Sardinia. Menu only fish...but THE BEST 17 different starters, raw and cooked, live and delicious oysters, very sweet raw scampi. Followed by spaghetti with sea urchin's eggs... Then a fantastic live lobster served in Catalan Style. The owner, Basilio, is a man full of charm and simplicity. one of the best dinner in the last years.
We had a very good meal with fresh fish and fresh herbs. The taste was delicious. The wine was very good also. The place is a little bit hidden, near the campersite and the beach. I can recommend this place!
