Don Carlos - Santander

I ate the dish of the day, occasionally variety, for the price, seemed poor. I was fine, but little to choose.

Very good location. there is no hand soap in the bathroom.

The best of the hotel is the location, 1 minute walking to the beach of the sardinero, 10 min by bus to the center. apartments are ideal but you need to improve maintenance, it's a little old. the weak point is breakfast, costs 6.50 euros per person/day and is very poor, I would recommend taking only accommodation and breakfast outside the hotel. We have repeated 3 summers in a row and would return but these aspects can be improved.

The location is ideal, in a moment you are in italian square. the lady of reception M.Jose very nice and friendly. regular cleaning, it's nothing from the other world. they should go deep into cleaning with vacuum cleaner and watering well. There's no phone to be able to contact reception, I was very surprised, in addition to the discomfort. The wifi didn't get to our apartment, the signal was little or nothing. the terrace was ideal, but separated from the apartment next door with a fence that saw us and we saw the next ones, so we had nothing intimacy, we didn't get anything. One of the rooms had two large beds, with a wardrobe sliding doors, super uncomfortable because they ran very badly and with a lot of effort to open it, besides having scarce 50cm to put the clothes right to left. cabinets should be refurbished for greater customer comfort.
