Food was extremely mediocre, each ordered a standard cheese toastie and shared a portion of fries. The toasties were extremely bland and we all got severe indigestion afterwards. The fries were also extremely greasy. The worst food we’ve had since in Madeira. One member of staff was rude and grumpy, whilst the other made an effort at being accommodating. Perhaps try the other place across the road.

Good location after hiking and good prices but that’s about all that is good. Chicken has no seasoning and was almost burnt on the outside and some pieces were undercooked inside. Pork sandwich had no flavor despite menu saying cooked in wine and garlic no way. Coffee was served not warm. When I asked the waiter if he could warm it in the microwave he said it was hot when he served it. How does he know? I’m the one drinking it. I heard him tell another customer who sat down and was trying to get his attention that he “just has to wait.” Maybe a language breakdown but definitely not friendly. The waitstaff is definitely short handed. This is one of those places for tourists that will only visit one time so the restaurant knows it can be subpar. I’d try another spot.

While waiting for the food we took a quick tour of the property BEAUTIFUL! The restaurant is old, but comforttable and the trout is prepared with art. If you like to eat fish in a cozy place, with a magnificent view, don't miss it!

Die frisch gefangene Forelle war ein Vergnügen. ist sehr schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden. sind alle einfach auf der Straße. die toilitte (1 für Frauen) sau dreckig topdrew. 50 Cent zahlen. naja. essen top rest is flopp

Maravilhoso! atendimento ao cliente foi excepcional. Eu pedi um hambúrguer especial e um sanduíche de espada, tanto no bolo de coco e foram impecáveis! super saboroso e a um preço muito acessível levando em conta a localização do restaurante. Eu recomendo e eu voltarei aqui sem dúvida!
