I have visited numerous locations, and the customer service at this hotel is nonexistent. The reception does not operate during the hours listed in their description. The owners don't communicate in English, and their demeanor is unfriendly. The actual hotel experience does not match its online description. After just one day, we decided to check out, with an agreement in place to receive a refund for the subsequent days. Regrettably, the management did not honor this agreement.

We booked a sea view room at Riviera Jonica expecting a beautiful view. While the sea is visible in the distance, it is unfortunately overshadowed by an unfinished part of the building and another old, run-down building directly outside the window. Additionally, the reception desk is not staffed during the hours described on their website, which resulted in inconvenience. Another point of disappointment was the breakfast. We specifically ordered non-sweet food, which seemed to be an exception from their primarily sweet offerings. Unfortunately, we ended up with stomach aches after eating it. Given these issues, our stay was far from the relaxing getaway we had envisioned. Future guests may want to keep these points in mind when considering a stay here.

Excelent place for family. Beautiful seaview from the top Apartment and very kind and helpful Staff! The upper suite is very large and clean, there are even two bathrooms! The biggest asset is a large terrace with an unforgettable sea view! I heartily recommend it, a great place for a family! Rooms: 5 Service: 5
