Waffle House - Santa Rosa County

First of all, customer service top notch and I cannot stress how important that is. Yes the food is always consistent as it should be though I think people underrate the skill. Everything here is great but the customer service is just amazing and it will keep you wanting to come back again and again because you would just love the way that they treat you here. I actually came here to visit because one of my regular servers had to cover a shift here and it's just that great the customer service. However, when I got here I seen that everybody here was just as nice and if I lived more in this area this would be my go-to place. I do have to give a shout out to Tom who not only highly intelligent can have a great conversation but his customer service is top notch. He should be somewhere teaching a class on the subject

Mike is the best server I have ever had. Not just at Waffle House. I mean ever in my 43 years. Absolutely pleasure! I have a Waffle House closer to my home and I will come here for his smile and service.

A good location , a pleasant staff and decent food.

Waitress couldn't have been more useless. No greeting, no be right with you, nothing but side eye from under her visor. After a short wait our party of five decided to go to IHOP and relinquish our money there. The rest of the patrons had menu's, utensils, but no food or drink. Order calls were at best a whisper and needed to be repeated.

This is a good Waffle House. I typically come here in the morning/during day time, and it 's been very nice. Really friendly and inviting staff, food has been consistently good, and the waffles here are particularly waffle and taste great.
