Wendy's - Santa Rosa

+It always amazes me how quick the service is at this place! -They do focus on the drive thru so dine-in service takes a bit longer. +The dining room is kept clean and has nice, solid wood, tables and seating. -You have to get an employee to unlock oneof the restrooms for you and there is no lock on the inside. So, concern would be that an employee could potentially unlock andopen the door for another customer... +The staff is always friendly and will work quickly to resolve any order discrepanciesthat may occur.

Wendy's has always been decent, but I have to say that for the past two years, the service has been excellent. The staff has consistently gotten my orders right, which I think is really important! They also offer fantastic spicy chicken sandwiches.

I placed my order and went to pick up my food, only to be told it had already been made and given to someone else. I showed them my proof of payment, but they insisted that they couldn't replace my order. They acknowledged that my food was handed out to someone else, yet they refused to resolve the issue. Why won’t they fix this problem?

I only used the drive-thru, and it was quick and efficient. I stopped by because my wife wanted the Summer Strawberry Salad, and unfortunately, the Wendy's in our town closed years ago and was replaced by a Starbucks.

Wendy's has really stepped up their breakfast game. Was super happy with the chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich. Chicken was the best I have had from anywhere in a long time. Very fresh. Super tasty. Would definitely recommend going to get one!
