Kinda filthy and rude the owners didn’t help just hovered over the employees and waited at the cash register. we’ll see if the sandwich is good but I couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable just ordering Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Closes at 830pm...was there 745pm and said he was closed. The other day he did not want to go to back and open new bag of lettuce 5pm. Will never return. Service: 1

I ordered a 12-inch sandwich and a kids meal at the restaurant. The employee at the counter seemed to struggle to understand my order, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. When I paid for the order, I was charged for a kids meal but only received the sandwich. I tried to explain that the kids meal should include a "mini-sub", applesauce, and a drink, but the employee insisted on charging me extra for the applesauce and drink. I pointed out that the sign clearly indicated these items were included, but he refused to listen. This experience was a complete waste of time and money, and it was disappointing because I had hoped that Subway was improving with their new menu.
