Starbucks - Santa Rosa

I do not drink coffee on a regular basis except at this good place to start the day.

Always out of cup sleeves. Always. Be prepared to get stuck behind huge door dash orders and have to stand there an eternity to get your one drink. No complaints about the staff they are going as fast as humanly possible and make great tasting drinks. But dang, I wish this site would figure out a separate system for these huge door dash orders. Clean and cheerful place otherwise, a good Starbucks.

The drinks are usually made accurately which is great. Also the employees have always been polite. However this is by far the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I live close by this location but I frequent other locations due to work. I can order from my house, get in my vehicle, drive 8-10min there, park, walk in and still have to wait 5-10min even when there's only 2 other customers in there. It's absolutely wild. I'm pretty laid back as I use to work customer service and I understand. Today my drink happens to be incorrect (they forgot the sweetener) which isn't the end of the world and I'll be just fine with it. It's not a terrible location, just don't be in a rush if you're coming here. Even if you mobile order.
