Starbucks - Santa Rosa

I love coming here because it’s near my work and they always get my order correct every single time. Most of the time I mobile order my drink just to avoid the line but sometimes on my lunch breaks I’ll walk over and order a drink. That’s when I don’t mind waiting 5 minutes. One of my favorite drinks is an ice chai latte with peppermint. I will always come back to this one for sure. Plus the staff there are super nice and Melissa the manager shops at my store so that’s pretty cool.

This Starbucks is honestly terrible, they always seem to get my milk preference incorrect. I'm lactose intolerant so it would be nice if they made my order with what I ask. It's even worse when there was absolutely nothing written on my cup so they clearly lack competence and customer service

I don 't know if it 's a specific guy working there or what, but somehow any time I attempt to get a drink that 's even slightly different from a listed order I end up with some kind of messed-up atrocity. Like if I say I want a vanilla cold brew with mocha I end up with a half-warm drink full of mocha coffee and no foam whatsoever.When I get a normal, listed drink it 's usually fine (although I 've also gotten no foam even then) but somehow they consistently mess up my order any time I attempt to get something even slightly different.

Nice remodel. Restrooms new touch less sinks and blow dryers keep water off the floor.
