Pizza Guys - Santa Rosa

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! They opened early on a Saturday morning, and within 30 minutes of placing my order, I was able to pick up 4 delicious pizzas at 9:30 a.m. for our Little League team party. They really saved me from dealing with a bunch of hungry and impatient kids. The service was quick and super friendly, and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Good, quick, inexpensive pizza. Check out their online deals before calling. They will not offer their specials/deals to you, you need to know them and ask for them when you order. 2 Lg 2 topping could be $50+ vs. $30 if you don’t say you want the special.

The crust was extremely thin. It was not worth the price we paid; it felt like a rip-off. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I was not impressed.

We ordered pizza online not knowing they didn’t deliver to Sebastopol. The website someone how entered the wrong address. We called to report and the owner got on the phone because we asked for a refund. We spent $80. We do not make a lot of money and so now we do not get to eat dinner tonight. It was a special occasion to order. He told us that he ran out of the money he has set aside for refunds. Saying he’s a small business and that he can’t make money giving refunds. He lied saying he’d drive over to the wrong address and if the random people hadn’t eaten our food that he’d refund us. He refused to do this and give us photo evidence that he actually went there to check. He told us he couldn’t refund without checking first and it was because he lost all the profit from making the the food. We asked how getting the food back from whoever got it would save him any money since he can’t resell the food. He was telling us he’d resell food that had been sitting out or already entered an apartment. When we questioned him because this would be a health code violation he started getting angry saying he didn’t have to answer any of our questions. And said different restaurants have different policies on reselling food that has gone out. We were shocked and disgusted. I can’t believe I’ve been coming here for years not knowing I’ve been eating pizza other customers have already put their hands on.

Excellence. Pizza guys has a nice crust, a tasty sauce, reasonable pricing, and quick service. Plus, they use GOOD bacon on their pizza. If you've had pizza with bad bacon on it, you understand the difference- all the toppings and even cheese are quality. If that's not enough reason to get you there, they offer a complimentary 2-liter soda for every take-out order over $20; that's including special offers and discounted items. So, I buy an XL pizza with 3 toppings, spend $30 after tax AND tip plus the free soda. That's lunch for me, the wife, and leftovers for another lazy day. Even better if you have kids because they actually have really good multiple pizza deals online.
