Noble Folk Ice Cream Pie Bar

This location of Noble Folk is located in downtown Santa Rosa on 4th Street. We went in the evening so not really busy. They definitely have interesting ice cream flavors with some being in the menu all the time and other flavors being seasonal. The flavors were pretty good but a little gimmicky. The pie they had also looked good but we didn't try any in this trip. Good location across from the Old Courthouse Plaza. If there are other ice cream stores would consider themin the hunt next time but certainly would go back here if no alternate choices.

Absolutely wonderful ice! the cakes looked amazing in the display, but we were only there for ice!

I was here with friends yesterday after work. The good service was the best part of the experience and I like the creative twists on familiar flavors, such as lemon with lavender or almond with matcha. However, I was a little disappointed with the sorbet because it had great flavor but the texture was lumpy.

I've been to the Healdsburg location, but this was my first time at the Santa Rosa location. I requested the pie heated up but they said they are unable to do that, which is surprising given that I've had it heated at their other location? I made a special trip here, and ended up being disappointed because I really enjoyed the pie and ice cream previously. I live too far to take the ice cream home as it would likely melt unless I packed it in ice, which Im not sure is worth the trouble. First world problem for sure, but who wants cold pie with ice cream?

Amazing!!!!!!amazing ice cream. Excellent service. Every flavor was so amazing. 5 of us. 2 flavors each. All amazing! Salted caramel. Dutch crunch. Lucky charms.
