Kfc - Santa Rosa

It had been years since my last visit. I didn't think it could get worse. It did.

Posted hours say open until 10pm, I arrived by 930 and they closed. Went through the drive thru and they also said they closed. You can see workers standing around. What's the point of hours of operations being posted when the workers close early because they want to.

As silly as it seems, I am rating them 5 stars because they have chicken... All the other KFC restaurants in the area run out of the most popular pieces of chicken before 7pm! This one always has chicken available. The worst is Windsor KFC/A&W Never have chicken available after 6pm.

After ordering online, which was a bear, I went to the drive-thru to pick up our meals only to find they were out of most everything we ordered. I asked about what I had already paid online and was told that I would have to ask for a refund online. Not so easy! I ended up having to email the corporate office and eventually did get a refund, but like I said, it wasn't easy.

Fast food. Always consistent. The best you could give a fast food restaurant is 4 stars. 5 stars must be reserved for high quality food.
