The food was flavorful, earning a solid four out of five stars. I particularly enjoyed the fajitas and enchiladas, which I highly recommend. The atmosphere was appealing, providing a pleasant setting for dining, though the service left a bit to be desired, which is why I rated it a three. Overall, it's a great place to enjoy a nice meal!

We love Joseph's. We look forward to eating here every time we stop in Santa Rosa. The Pizza de Santa Rosa (Hatch green chili, mushrooms, and pepperoni! is a must.
