Jhanthong Banbua - Santa Rosa

Delicious Thai food! I tried the papaya salad, laab, pad see ew, and green curry. This is hands down the best Thai food I've had in Sonoma County!

The curries and noodles are absolutely delicious, and when mangoes are in season, her mango sticky rice is outstanding! The service was a bit slow during my last visit, but they were busy and only had two servers.

This will definitely become one of my new go-to places for a cookout! I ordered the drunk noodles with beef, broccoli with oyster sauce and tofu, and the sticky rice, and everything was excellent. My partner mentioned that his shrimp spring rolls were really good, but he wished his Tom Kha soup had more vegetables, specifically mushrooms.

Good food, prices and services. The spring rolls weren't my favorite.

This restaurant is affectionately known as “Motel Thai”. I have been dining here for over 20 years and can tell you that this is the best traditional Thai Restaurant in Sonoma County. I also live half time in Bangkok since 2009....some would say that I really know authentic Thai food. The family that owns Jhanthong Banbua is the same from the beginning. They also offer true Thai hospitality. You won’t be disappointed!
