On December 3rd at 1am, a man at the drive-thru who was clearly high, got my order wrong. I had to repeat it three times, he forgot one of my food items, and gave me the wrong items. I waited 30 minutes for a spicy sandwich, stacked bagel, and curly fries, but only received an egg and cheese bagel and a chicken sandwich. I was not given my receipt and after waiting for half an hour, another man came out apologizing and said that the cook had fallen asleep. It was a horrible and annoying experience at this fast food place and I will not be returning. I hope the high guy that took my order gets fired.
I wish I could give zero stars... I received a $100 gift card that was not activated by Jack in the Box. When I tried to use it, they said it wasn't activated and refused to explain why. They requested the receipt, but I explained it was a gift. Beginning to have a negative opinion of Jack in the Box - they never have ice for their drinks and always mess up orders. They argue with you when you point out their mistakes. What is going on with these people?
Drive through wait time is crazy long. My car almost over heated we waited so long. There were only 4 cars in front of me.
The manager was very uninformed about what food he has and very rude. He would not give me any hot water for my coffee, the bathrooms were filthy dirty, the door would not even shut on the ladies bathroom. The food was horrible. The manager's name who served Was Heriberto who should be gone immediately!!!!
