El Pollo Loco - Santa Rosa

Good and fast Mexican flame-broiled chicken. Good value for money. The place looked very nice and clean. The first time I was on one.

I DoorDash in Santa Rosa and this is one of my favorite places for dinner. Delicious and healthy. What is not to love.

The order wasn't correct, and it took a long time to prepare. We finished our meal while others were still waiting.

The tostada salad was delicious and not something you find in many places. What stands out is that all their food is genuinely authentic, even for a fast food restaurant.

I ordered food today from this location on door dash.I order chicken with side of pinto beans and side of corn. As I?m eating the bean I realized there is some kind of white color foaming on the top so I put my spoon in and tried to stir up the beans and there was a AAA battery floating in there. It was disgusting and sickening. I called the restaurant headquarters office and haven?t heard anything back yet. I will update if they call. I also called the county health inspection office and I?m hoping they will follow up on this so hopefully it wouldn?t happen again.
