Dutch Bros - Santa Rosa

We don’t have a Dutch Bro’s in the Bay Area so whenever I’m near one I have to get a Mocha Freeze. No matter what location I go to Everyone is always friendly and happy. Most of the time there’s a line, but it moves pretty fast.

The customer service at this location has really gone down. It takes me over 25 minutes to get my drink, incorrectly made and be prepared to be skipped in line. It has happened more than once that I get skipped in the ordering line, and I show up to the window and no one took my order, and still asked for a tip. I think it takes so long to get orders out because everyone is fooling around in the shop. I have been a customer at this location for more than 4 years and lately I have been going to the new dutch bros on Hopper because it is much more smoother over there and the flow is nice and the workers are much friendlier. This location at Mendocino needs some training or management intervention. Its worth it to drive to the Hopper dutch bros.

Always absolutely amazing drinks and customer service. These folks are some of the kindest workers I've met. Might go to favorite drink is the Bob Marley, blended! I just absolutely cannot stand the super loud music that's always blasting out of the place.

Great coffee! We got the mint mocha with coconut milk and they were fantastic. We have a hard time finding good coffee while on the road. But everytime we stop at your establishment, we always find good coffee. Thank you!

My mocha was so hot I couldn't drink it for 10+ min. It does not have to be that hot for a hot drink. The drive thru line is odd.
