Cinnabon - Santa Rosa

NOT HAPPY!!! I drove up from Marin County just made it with 5 minutes to spare, 3 workers standing at the counter told me they closed a while ago, well when I called they stated 8pm was closing!!!!!!!!!! You owe me $30 in gas.

I visited the store on Friday morning and bought a minibon, it was hot and fresh. The customer service was excellent and friendly, I will definitely be back soon ? I recommend the product and the service. The person who attended me was Aide

Not the best customer service as sometimes employees seem as if they don’t even want to be there. The place is small, but makes sense due to its location, it at least has three small tables if you wanna stay there. The cinnamon itself is really really good. Overall, not the best service, but it’s really good if you want to grab a sweet bite to-go.

Complete rip off .. these rolls are way smaller than other cinnabon places and these are expensive. Mine tasted old too .. . NOT WORTH IT .. will never go again ..

Great cinnamon roll and service. The young guy at the counter was busy, but working hard and courteous. We also grabbed one of the cinnamon roll stuffed cookies. The actual recipe could use more cookie around the roll. Good concept though!
