Bad Ass Coffee Of Hawaii - Santa Rosa

Friendly staff and good coffee, from what I could drink, and that's about it. They were out of dark roast and brewed a new batch and it tasted good till I got to about 1/3 of a cup and got a lot of grouds and couldn't drink anymore. Poured it out and found the bottom almost completely filled with those grounds. This is what filters were made for. That's my only complaint, but it's a pain when you're still finding grounds in your mouth hours later.

First of all, the name is fantastic. The coffee was so good that I had to stop by twice during my road trip. My latte was incredibly smooth, and the milk was just right. The merchandise here is really fun, and I couldn't resist buying a colorful mug for myself!

The coffee here is excellent when prepared correctly by the right staff. The regular baristas are fantastic—friendly and skilled at making delicious drinks. However, I’ve been disappointed lately because the new employees, especially in the afternoons, haven’t been making the drinks properly. There have been several occasions when my order was incorrect, and today, for instance, I requested no whipped cream and asked for my drink to be remade. Instead of remaking it, the woman simply scraped off the whipped cream, and the drink was still not made correctly. It would be great if there could be more consistency in training so that the quality of the drinks doesn’t depend on who is making them. It’s unfortunate for such a wonderful coffee shop.

Great coffee and atmosphere! The business center needs to allow better and more colorful signage... I never noticed it until I did a Google search.
