Round Table Pizza - Santa Paula

Terrible service! First of all, we ordered for the delivery, they said 1 hour. 1 hour 30 minutes later no pizza that we called and that could not find the order, then they said oh yes, it will be there in 20 minutes. we let it slip. today we ordered pizza and then we got a message that charged our service, we did not receive our order that we called and talked to david general manager, and he said we delivered the pizza. we said where we were at our doorstep and nothing was delivered. he said we must have delivered to the wrong door!

This was my third visit to this pizza restaurant. The pizza was okay during my first two visits, but today, it was the worst. The dough was not fully cooked. I expected more for a $30.00 pizza. I do not plan on returning to this pizza place again.

I used to love this restaurant when it was under different management. The food was delicious although on the expensive side. However, recently when I ordered delivery, the wait time was unreasonable. We ended up waiting almost 2 hours for our order, despite being told it would only take 45 minutes. It's a shame the previous owners are no longer there, but it's probably for the best. We will be searching for a new place to dine in the future.

The round table will not be ordering from this restaurant again. This is the second time in a row that our food has taken over 1.5 hours to arrive, well past the 45-60 minute window. I have been a patron of this location for 26 years through various ownership changes, and was initially excited for the return of the round table brand. However, I am disappointed in the poor customer service and lack of attention to detail under the new ownership. They have also started relying on third-party delivery services, which only increases the likelihood of further issues.
