Chapala Mexican - Santa Paula

Delicious food, great service. Enjoyed the large portions.

I have to say, this restaurant is even better than Denny's! The prices are the same, and you can enjoy a mimosa or Michelada. The staff is fantastic and always makes you feel welcome. It's great for kids too, with special Shirley Temple drinks for them. And don't even get me started on their amazing ice!

Awful experience. The food was delicious. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. One of our plates had a hair in it. The server was not attentive to the issue and it took a long time to replace the plate. They tried to charge us for the plate with the hair even though it was not eaten. The owner refused to talk to us. Very unprofessional!

My experience at this restaurant was awful, I think they practice racism towards specific individuals.

This has to be one of my favorite restaurants in santa paula, highly recommend their enchiladas suizas, beef and chicken fajitas are good, and my ultimate favorite is their pollo en mole (chicken mole) combination, which includes rice, beans, and tortillas.
