Starbucks - Santa Monica

One thing I like about this store: They let my puppy eat puppy cup in the store rather than outside. I went to another store and they let me bring my puppy and puppy cup outside.

This message is to starbucks Corp. Why you not allowing people to buy just regular hot peach tea....staff says they only allowed to sell it in the medicine one....this is ridiculous.....

The staff here says that some people use the bathroom and others can't. I asked them why... but they just say they can't use it. Staff clothes are dirty... Should I look at employee underwear in a sacred place? It feels pretty bad. It's dirty, it's like a poor thing, the cleanliness of the staff here is 0% disgusting. Does Starbucks not take care of this

Our drinks were not made accordingly, so we called and talked with the manager Mike, were told to return for remakes. We returned after a few days when we had free time, but he simply refused in coldness. Not sure if it was dishonorable or discriminating.

Service is not bad, but not good. Drinks are so so, coffee is bad, no flavor, and bitter. Lemonades are normal, sometimes workers are do lemonade not enough sweet. I don't recommend come to this Starbucks in Santa Monica.
