Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Santa Monica

According to Google, the restaurant closes at 11 PM. However, when I arrived at 10:15, the doors were locked and we were turned away. This is false advertising and unacceptable. Very disappointed.

I dislike the customer service at this restaurant. The female staff members are always on their phones, and the place is not well-maintained.

Great experience at this restaurant. The cashiers are friendly and willing to assist. The stations and seating areas are typically kept clean.

There is always so much to choose from in such a wide selection. It is also a healthier alternative but still sweet and delicious! The staff is always so helpful and friendly.

Really recommend the mango and pomegranate froyo! Ofcourse i had to add strawberries, gummy bears and needs. Not sure if she's an employee or owner but she was awesome and courteous!!!
