La Conde Santa Monica

I found a hair baked into the cheesecake. When I called my waiter over, they suggested I go home and have tea to feel better. While the cheesecake was removed from my bill, it felt like they were doing me a favor rather than addressing the issue properly. No manager came by to offer an apology either. I'm extremely disappointed, especially since this was my first visit, and it turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

The selection of wines was quite limited, and it seemed like they were understaffed as there was only one person taking care of the entire room. While this staff member was very attentive, it was clearly too much for one person to manage. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, but the music was quite loud. Unfortunately, establishments at this location tend to struggle to survive for long.

This is a fun spot to check out! The drinks were great, and the atmosphere is lively and entertaining.

Everything was perfect. I would suggest better lighting to take pictures.
