Izzy's Deli - Santa Monica

Eating was very good and the portions extremely large. the food service was something on the slow side, but not unbearable.

The food was good and the service fine. However the prices were way too high up to $19 for a sandwich with potato salad! My Rueben was $16.

What can I say about the Iz? We bring our 83 year old mother in law here every week for a lunch, she loves it and the servers are very accommodating to our needs. Is the food great? Eh, no but it’s good solid NY deli fare. Is it cheap? Again, no but it’s always open and has free parking. Overall a reliable and filling experience. Thx Izzy.

Generous portions. Great service. Sandwiches served dry, so before you take a bite, dress it. Classic deli with dated decor and high prices. But worth it.

Solid and dependable! Been going for years and it never disappoints. By far the best deli on the West side.
