Fresh Brothers Pizza Santa Monica

I've been a fan of Fresh Brothers for some time and plan to remain one. I've always enjoyed their large pizzas, salads, wings, and more. Unfortunately, my last experience was a complete disaster. I placed an online order that never arrived. After making several calls, experiencing hang-ups, and facing a refusal to rectify the situation or issue a refund, I felt very let down. Eventually, the general manager reached out with a lackluster apology, which didn’t seem genuine. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

The food is good, but it took a while to receive our pizza for dining in. It's a nice restaurant, and it wasn't crowded when we visited.

The pizzas were decent, but the vegan options were overwhelming and had a peculiar texture.

Our experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. We ordered two pizzas and chicken tenders but were informed that it would take 15 minutes to prepare them. After waiting over 25 minutes without any updates and experiencing poor communication from the staff, we decided to cancel our order after half an hour. The staff's lack of apology and their rude behavior contributed to an unpleasant dining experience. I cannot recommend this establishment.

The food is good, but be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes longer than the time they estimate for your pickup order. This has happened to me the last three times I've ordered, so I may need to consider finding a different restaurant in the future.
