Belcampo Grocery Santa Monica

The restaurant is beautiful. eating was not as we expected from a meat restaurant.

When you go in, you see the metzger and all the cuts of the flesh and excite you. too soon. the service was excellent. the waiter was attentive. when the waiter was busy, bartender and manager came by and checked us. They worked well as team. appetizers were great. teufelseier were good and the sweet chili wings had an amazing sauce on them. then the main course came.

I really wanted to like this place, but eating was a waste. the Cobb salad was delicious, except the grilled chicken that was dry beyond the bone. the burger was relatiw tasteless and cost $7 extra for the “Animal fat Fries” absolutely no difference – they were relatiw tasteless and not of good texture. Unfortunately, would not return nor recommend.

Belcampo was a pleasant surprise near our Airbnb. Lots of options from burgers (including keto friendly! to chops and steaks. Yummy appetizers (wings recommended! and other than wine by the glass, reasonable prices.
