Eating was delicious, the ambiente and the service perfect. the music was very loud.

Very beautiful place, the staff is friendly and helpful, all services are well maintained.

Did not like the client service... communicating with the bar tender is impossible

I was here with a large group of close friends attending a wedding. The welcome reception was held at Bar Ziruma the evening before the big day. I was absolutely appalled by the awful service at the bar. The waiters and bartenders were incredibly rude, arrogant, argumentative and quite openly dismissive. They showed little appreciation for the special nature of the event and actively worked towards making the evening difficult for my friends and I. Very disappointing service.
