It is difficult to express what they feel when they are happy to spend a night in la cueva de morgan because worte are not enough. they will be surrounded by nature, water and lovable monkeys. they will be a peaceful night on a very. cute bedrooms near the water, and the sound of it will help them make sweet dreams. eating is excellent and they can choose between fish, meat or vegetarian. they should reach the simple 10 minutes to walk in the water la cueva de morgan, a magical waterfall in the middle of a lush nature. and above all they are treated like family members of maria and carlos, they are the best hostes of all time. not sure if this paradies looks better than this place. I am definitiw back. the sooner, the better. @maria and carlos: they miss young. un grande abrazo

We stayed in san rafael for a few days between christmas and new year and came here to eat every day. eating is delicious, they have a wonderful vegetarian/vegan menu as well as the environment are very quiet and beautiful. we loved the hike to the kueva, which is a really magical place. there is a large swimming pool of water to swim and they can climb up the first waterfall and cannonen past. the person who worked there was so friendly and helpful, we had no place for the next few nights that we were there, and since the room was booked in the cueva, he called several places in the opposite to find us another accommodation. I would recommend la cueva de morgan to anyone who visits the opposite.

Here is my curse from medellin. I often come here and stay in rooms they rent. it is quiet, beautiful and hidden from the road. yolanda is an amazing cook (I make sure that I'm back in the time for every eating it is...the good) and carlos esteban is the perfect guide. he can take it for a walk, a walk, a swim, bird watching, rappelen, a moto ride. whatever it is that they hope to do on each level of intensity, carlos is game. they come to a meal or stay for a weekend they will either love it.

We spent a few days years in San Rafael, January 2016, with my dad. He offer to take us to la Cueva de Morgan and what an amazing trip that was. We had to park our car and walk for about 10 minutes in the...beautiful mountain views. Once we got to the place, there was a well decorated bar, with all kind of licors and we ate local fried fish (tilapia) with rice, salad and soup. Excellent Colombian meal. Yolonda was such a nice Treatment was excellent by the hostess. After the meal we embarked into another 10 minute hike to discover crystal clear water river with a small water fall. Our guide Carlos, was very nice and was always looking out for my wife kids and myself. He over found some walking sticks for our kids, which they loved. The waterfall and the surrounding were amazing, like picked out of a movie. Overall great service, great food, amazing land scapes and the awesome experience of swimming in crystal clear river water! 10/10

This place is ideal to live some days of rest, only 3 hours from medellin, you can get a bus to san rafael, antioquia in the north terminal of medellin for the price of 20,000 and in the city park get a motorcycle...taxi it takes 8000 to the second stop. from there to la cueva de morgan are just 5 minutes to foot. the place is surrounded by a stream on one side, a stream on the other, in the middle of the native trees and the sound of the water make their stay very pleasant. da san rafael is located in one of the largest hydropower plants in the Antioquia department, it has 15 waterfalls and 90 natural pools. if they like adventurous, they can not walk in the middle of the water and the rocks to one of these waterfalls, the two blocks away from the house, which is carlos, this is a kind of meditation, and yes, they are each step from here and now conscious. the room has everything you need to have a pleasant stay: private bathroom, comfortable bed, ventilator, private sphere ... the attention, friendliness and friendliness of maria yolanda and their man carlos make them feel like home.
