Contribuiți la feedbackIt was so easy to go to this place! We went in very hungry and we immediately became by the attentive waiting staff, offered a drink and menus immediately. Within minutes we had ordered a calcareous ceviche with fresh bread and plantain chips, and a few beers, with a plate spaghetti and tomato sauce for the main course. Both dishes were excellent, fresh and very fast paved. We're going back!
Best meal I had in Santa Marta. If you need a pizza/salad mix, this is a good choice. Fast street side service. The pizza crust is pretty good (thin) and the mixed salad is great. Would go back. Just the problem her credit card machine didn't work.
We had to wait 50 min for a salad and a chicken and it can happen sometimes, but no one came from the staff to inform if our order was on the way, how long we needed to wait or even just apologize; I would say this is the minimum customer service requirement. We had to ask the waitress twice, and in the end the whole team seemed to avoid us... At last, food arrived and it was really bad in taste and not fresh at all... my partner left half of it, no one asked if we liked it or not... we asked for the bill (which was also submitted with service fee) paid and left. What is really sad is to see that the person responsible does not comment in a very professional way on social media or TA. I worked as a waitress and manager in restaurants/hotels and TA is something that is taken very seriously everywhere, as it is nothing but a tool that helps improve. After reading his answers, I do not even blame the team for the bad service.
We arrived in Santa Marta on a late flight and came across this place while searching for food. I ordered the classic ceviche as I wanted something light before sleeping. It was okay but lacked flavour. My partner ordered the octopus as it is his favourite seafood. The dish was starter size with 2 small pieces of octopus and a few potato wedges. I wish I had taken a photo... The octopus was tender but it was in a sauce that was too sweet. He was still hungry after that meal and bought a packet of crisps on the way back to the hotel. Maybe we should have stuck to pizza...
One of the worst experiences I've ever had. When we arrived, our order was taken quite quickly and we soon got our drinks. The restaurant began to be busy, and at some point people who arrived after us began to get their food before. 1, 2, 3 pizzas came before the salad we ordered, and the chicken breast French fries. No excuse, no update or anything. We finished our drinks while other people were ready, without food... We were clearly not the only people who were upset there. The chicken was chewing and not properly cooked (always raw and pink in some places), the salad was not fresh and the frits were so oily that they were not frissable. I almost left everything, even the cucumber had a layer of a "yellow" unknown substance, that I didn't want to ask much what it could be. In addition, there was a 10% service fee written on the bill as "voluntary" and, as it was, we kindly refused to pay for it. No excuse, no word... I recommend management, a chat with staff or training in customer service and kitchen for training in health and food preparation. The Menù also needs a refreshment, the “Granja” salad was basically the same “ chicken breast/Salad/Fries” I asked, but on another dish and with more salad. Do a favor, go somewhere else!
