Family run very characteristic in a small medieval village. Cilentani dishes with products at km 0 very tasty, excellent meat size (a special honey plate combined with cheeses) wide selection of well made vegetables. we did not choose the first, but we went on the sandwiches, also these very good and simple, so to get the full goto. Finally homemade desserts like the goat revisited with lemon. friendly service and very nice carletto owner, we will definitely return.
My family I really enjoyed dinner here. Such a wonderful ambience, eating delicious local dishes, with excellent service. Restaurant is located in the historic church piazza, and our table was right in front of it! Kids really enjoyed this unique experience. I’ve been to a lot of different restaurants in different cities in Italy, and this restaurant is one of my favorites now. We tried homemade ravioli, homemade lagene cici (that’s pasta with chickpeas , grilled variety of meat, grilled squid, grilled tuna. All delicious! But the best part of our dinner experience was the antipasto appetizer what a spread! Variety of meats, cheese, and olives, coupled with various dips. And homemade pickled pumpkin (this is the first time I tried this and now need to figure out how to get some back in America! , and homemade hot pepper spread(I like it hot ! I’m attaching pictures, but pictures really don’t give you the right experience. You must try it for yourself! I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning on my next trip back!
Friendly staff available food without great claims, but overall good degree, but could do more
Local and not friendly staff and little available without attention to the served table, order and punctuality of the very confused courses. there was no menu and the choice was very limited, the landing of the absent tables doing all the empty dishes remain on the table, staff so to all qualified at such a point that at some time I had to raise to take dishes and forks from the panadora (table where lay crockery to be oare for replacement during the service). not to mention the wait for each course, from 21.30 to 00.30 for an appetizer and a first for 5 people, obviously brought with different times, like the contours for the meat served after it. I will not return to this restaurant no longer deserve a euro, uncomfortable experience.
