El Restaurante y Bar del Hotel Villablanca

Located in the hotel Villablanca' we enjoyed an excellent meal. Nice ambiance overlooking the pool area. The service was outstanding and very friendly. We received an impromptu Spanish lesson and loved it. After ordering drinks they start you off with fresh guacamole, salsa and chips. A great start. The soups and salads were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our main course. Presentation was excellent. Overall, an enjoyable evening and would recommend.

Awesome choices on breakfast buffet, many healthy selections. Really above average offerings for lunch and dinner, innovative and delicious.

We were excited to eat here Tuesday night, they had live music and the food/ service reviews were great! We ordered a margarita & the mezcal shrimp. The whole experience was a bit odd - if u weren't the "I've stayed here for a month +" but "here tonight" or like the table next to us ( "here for a week"), you were treated differently; more like a second thought. Our margarita was clear... Tasted like warm water and rum ( not mezcal or tequila with their delicious local limes!!!So sad!) yet the table with long term guests had margaritas that looked wonderful and always served with a smile& laughs. Our dinner came, and we were disappointed after the reviews. We've found other gems for food & great service while here, so we hope others do to! 3stars because I recommend: just get a beer & listen to music - simply great!

We stayed at the hotel so breakfast was included but we ended up eating several dinners & lunches here as well as the food is so good. The Ribeye steak is excellent, just as good as any you would get in Canada, which we were surprised by for some reason. We had a number of different dishes and all were very good. The white wine was quite good and their pina colada's were the best we had our entire time in Huatulco.The service here is excellent and there is entertainment many evenings.

If you stay at villablanca to include your breakfast here is good idea. There are many places to eat all around but it is nice to start the day coming down to fresh juices and good coffee. They have a tortilla station with many interesting toppings and prepare them to order.If you prefer to order breakfast rather than helping yourself at the buffet they will prepare the usual breakfast items for you. Service is good and so is the food. You sign the bill to your room if you are staying here
