Fish Taco & Beer

This place is really close to my hotel so I gave it a try. I'm really glad I did as I've had the best tacos and zicatela here. I didn't order it but I saw their mixed Frozen smoothies we're absolutely huge for a very...low price considering the size. I will definitely be eating here again before I leave and on my next Journey. The owners seem laid-back and chill and the wait staff is really nice. The artwork is very interesting and hip.

As a former restaurant server, I was appalled by the service here. The ladies working here made it seem like you were completely ruining their night just by showing up. Not a smile or anything. We were brought our drinks 1 hour after ordering them...and after our food came (the only reason for the 1 star is that the food was quite good). When I went up to politely ask about the drinks (an hour after ordering) I was met with an eye roll and a curt 'she 's making them now '. Don 't waste your money or time here when there are so many other amazing restaurants deserving of your money. Beware of the 10% mandatory service fee which also explains why the servers could care less about customer service.

Fish Taco is a must in Puerto Escondido! The Taj Taco is unbelievable! You will not regret stopping here!
