Tres Hermanas Vineyard Winery

Make sure to call ahead before you visit! We made reservations about two weeks ago, but when we arrived, there was no one around. We arrived a bit early and waited for 15 minutes, but unfortunately, we were left disappointed as there was still no one in sight!

I’m a member of the wine club here, and I can say that this establishment truly embodies what a boutique winery should be. While the Santa Ynez area is becoming increasingly popular among tourists visiting various wineries and vineyards, Tres Hermanas Winery remains a hidden gem, located just next to Santa Ynez in Santa Maria. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, serene, and beautiful. I highly recommend trying the Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, and the Sadie Cuvee—these are my personal favorites. The picnic area is spacious and lush, offering stunning views of the Syrah vineyards and the surrounding mountains. For me, this is one of the best spots for wine tasting and picnicking, especially since it hasn't been overwhelmed by crowds, unlike many other places that have seen rapid increases in visitors this past year. If you're reading this, I encourage you to check this place out!

This is undoubtedly the best winery we visited in the Santa Maria Valley during our trip. The wines were exceptional, the staff was incredibly friendly, and they offered fantastic deals on bottles and cases. The setting was also stunning, with a lovely cattle ranch on one side and picturesque vineyards on the other. I’m so glad we discovered this place and I would definitely return on my next visit to Santa Maria!

Amazing service, great wine and the feel is so laidback. We visited four wineries on the Santa Maria Wine Trail and this one is by far the best one. My group loved it and the service provided to us was amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

We had a really lovely tasting at Tres Hermanas with Paulette! The tasting room is filled with wonderful wine-themed items for purchase and there's a mechanical horse you can hop on for ride It's a truly fantastic place to spend a little time and drink a little wine on Foxen Canyon Trail!
