Doc Burnsteins Ice Cream Lab

Sadly, a classic ice cream parlor no more. We last visited 2/8/23 and were told, on the DL, that they would be permanently closing within a few months. It seems it's been even sooner. I won't repeat what was said, and I've held my review until hearing it had closed, but this was a very special business that brought much joy to locals and tourists alike. Thanks for all the great ice cream, fantastic employees, and fond memories. You will be missed, Doctor!

I arrived at the restaurant 35 minutes before their closing time, only to find that the ice cream cases were already empty. If you are planning to visit near closing time, it's best to avoid it.

Half of the ice cream display was filled with empty containers. The restaurant appears worn out and on the brink of closure. I won't be returning.

Delicious ice cream amazing different flavors. A lot of choices and great service. My favorite is cookie dough, ice cream delicious.

I really enjoy the ambiance of this restaurant, but their ice cream is too expensive.
