Recanto Apoena - Santa Isabel

I was staying at the inn on 01/04/24, which has no generator, structure, food, service or education. There was a lack of eggs, beans, energy, a moldy room, a dirty pool, the heated pool was cold and, oddly enough, the owner himself complained about the movement inside the inn. When I went to inquire about the lack of basic items, as there was a power outage and we were completely without lighting, a lady appeared saying that she could not be charged for being over 60 years old. Absurd. But when it comes to charging for accommodation, no one asks your age, right? I'm never going back. The good part is the natural one, as this was done in the work of the divine.

Positive points: The landscape is divine, the restaurant staff and the breakfast are wonderful. Negative points: the road is very bad and it is not possible to drive at night, depending on the car, access may be difficult, the slide is broken and the pools, despite being cleaned, remain dirty, the shower does not come out with enough water, the fee I found the restaurant's service a little expensive and the price of the dishes, with the exception of the kids menu, which was a good value. I thought there would be some attraction at night, I arrived on Friday to check in at 7:30 pm and everything was off and there was no restaurant open at that time, just the lights inside the chalet. As for the zipline, they said it wasn't working when I arrived and I only discovered it was working when I left. Anyway, the place is very beautiful but I don't intend to go back, as I believe it would need more staff to make it better.

Or place it's nice, tem uma vista da barragem surreal. as são otimas pools. o small-almoço é maravilhoso, com frios, fruits, pães. tudo um prazer. almoço e jantar findam um pouco caro (for exemplo, filé a parmegiana 57 trutheiro prato individual.) quartos: chuveiro é bom, quarto espaçoso. um ponto para melhorar é a tv, a antena muito ruim, apertando. não assistir canal aberto. tbm tv não tem input to connect notebook and assist to um netflix.
