The bread was one of the best in that entire area. After 20 years, I went with my son to buy bread because he was in the area. The bakery is called Panchos Bakery. The bread is terrible, we bought two corn that did not look anything like the traditional corn, it was big and very fat, the yellow dough inside was raw and the bread was very salty and tasted like old bread, the same was true for the vanilla empanadas, which were terrible. There were flies on the bread counter. And the place looked very abandoned, nothing like I remember it.The bread is one of the pores that I have tried. I live in Compton and there are no very good bakeries around here, nor the little bread we buy is from the Ranch Market on Atlantic and Compton Blvd, not very good but better than other places.
The bread is very delicious, especially the bolillo, but because they saw it, I've already had it three times and it's closed.
First time going here the bread is very delicious the workers are very gentle.
Very tasty bread. All the staff that work at Panchos Bakery are very friendly.
A very good place. They make very tasty bread. And cheap.
